This Pinot Noir reads as a detailed love letter from the terroir of Prince Edward County.
On the nose, candied cherry and sour cherry sing parallel to fall leaves, cedar and cinnamon, all of which are mirrored on the palate.
After an extended maceration and a year in French oak, this Pinot offers an outline of thin, but firm tannins, and tart red fruit with a core of minerality on a persistent finish.
