Our 2022 Marechel Foche has a subdued aroma but an intense grape-forward flavour. It is fresh on the palate and unoaked. This is a dry wine but because of the fruitiness it has an aspect of sweetness to it. Tannins are low. The vines were locally grown in Prince Edward County. This is a great food pairing wine because of the freshness and acidity, and goes well with tomato based pasta or salads. It is smooth tasting and finishes with a pleasant palate-cleansing crispness.
