Pinot Gris fermented on the skins for 14 days, imparting a gorgeous orange hue and a distinctive flavour profile. These grapes were grown on Hillier Clay Loam and harvested at our home vineyard in Prince Edward County. Extremely limited production -- only 17 cases in total.
