An elegant, many-layered wine. Provides a cascade of fruit, herbal, and floral aromas. A hint of eucalyptus on the nose, cherry and chocolate on the palate.

Only one barrel was produced for this unique vintage, and the 25 cases will sell out quickly.

We only have four rows of Pinot Meunier and this wine is only made in the riper years, if it gets too ripe to use in our traditional method sparkling.
