Try this delicious Riesling from the Applehouse vineyard. Planted twenty years ago by Richard and Vida at By Chadsey's Cairns, the vines in the Applehouse vineyard consistently produce wines of character and depth. The 2019 vintage was bountiful and produced a lovely Riesling with flavours of nectarine and honeycomb. The fermentation finished slightly early to provide the perfect balance of sugar and acidity -- not quite an off-dry wine, but nearly so. Pair this with shrimp or seafood or if you love Riesling, sip on it's own.
